Clifton Ray Portley born to James Ray Portley and Zerdine B. Portley June 24,1952. Clifton passed in a car accident on Friday June 27, 2025. Clifton graduated from East High in1970. He Retired from the City of Wichita. He leaves to mourn: children, Karla Portley and his (sidekick, granddaughter Jalayah), Roderick Whyte, Michael and Yolanda White, Ann Washington, Nicholas Scheer and grandchildren. (1) brother, James A Portley, Sisters Lizzie Bishop, Eva Smith, and Valerie James (Ronald), nieces, nephews and a host of other   relatives and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. University UMCC 2220 N Yale Wichita, KS 67208. Burial at Old Mission Cemetery and Mortuary.
