Charmaine Venice Williams entered this world on October 12, 1979 and Transitioned to Heaven on February 17, 2021.  She was proceeded in death by, her Grandmother Bernice Williams, her Grandfather Joe Ed Williams, Great grandmothers Gertrude King and Mary Wiley, uncles Stephen Williams, Randy Williams, Christopher Wiley, her cousin Heather Williams, and cousin Quincy Williams.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her mother Rita Clara Thompson, her father Ricky Wiley, her uncles, Eric Williams, Greg Williams (Necol), aunt Shante (Brad), and many more relatives and friends.
