Charles Edward Parry was born October 24, 1921 in Riley, Kansas to John D and Ellen (Myers) Parry.  He passed away from cancer, with family surrounding him, on May 9, 2018 at the age of 96 years. Charles was a man who worked hard at Beech Aircraft to support his family.  He enjoyed pheasant and quail hunting with his sons and fishing with his family at Beech Lake. He also enjoyed being a taxidermist, wood carver and gardener.   His faith in God was passed on to his children through being a part of a church at Countryside Christian Church. Charles was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather.  He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by 1 sister, Ethlyn Taylor, 1 brother, Myron Parry and 5 children, Dorothy (Rod) Brunson of Longmont, CO, Dave (Judy) Parry of Scranton, KS, Debbie (Rob) Hildreth of Gilbert, AZ, Diann Wolfraven of Billings, MT, and Dan (Birdie) Parry of Wasilla, AK. Grandchildren, Greg Brunson and Scott (Natalie) Brunson, Travis Parry and Heather Evans, Jeremiah Blue and Tracy (Attila Nemeth) Blue, Jennifer Hopper and Jeff Faelber, Shelly Parry, Tricia Jo Hopper, and Jessica Parry. Great- grandchildren, Isabella Brunson, Addison Brunson and Paige Brunson, Isaiah Evans, Urijah Evans, Courtney Parry and Kaitlyn Parry, Kylie Blue and Chloe Nemeth, Atreyu McCarthy, Mariah Davis, Logan Hopper, Kathren Hopper, Abigail Hopper, and Charlie Jo Hopper and Kelsey Parry and Silas Hopper. Great great grandson, Jacob Snow.
