IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Carla Marie
Cornelison
February 17, 1965 – September 20, 2021
Carla was one of a kind. The biggest personality with the most loving heart. Carla loved the color purple and angels but not as much as she loved her son Brandon and her granddaughter Janessa. They were her entire world. Her reason for existing. With a laugh that could be heard down the street there's no way you could be in a bad mood around her. Sorry Chiefs fans Carla did not like you on Sundays. The Denver Broncos was her team. You'd think she was part owner the way she cheered for them every week. To know Carla was to love Carla. I don't care how many people you've met in your life, I can guarantee you've never met anyone quite like her. All it took was meeting Carla one time to feel like you've been friends for years. An energy like hers is something that will never be forgotten and will be remembered for generations to come. What a blessing it was to know Carla Marie Cornelison. Carla is survived by son, Brandon (Rawia) Whitley of Fresno, CA; brothers, Mike (Cindy) Cornelison of Cassville, MO, Gary Cornelison of Sedgwick, KS; sister, Sandra Fox of Exeter, MO; sistor, Kathy Pratt (Caregiver) of Towanda, KS; grandchild, Janessa Whitley and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Freddy and Wilda (Buchannan) Cornelison and sister in law, Yvonne Cornelison.
