Bill leaves to mourn his loss, his devoted wife, of 31 years, Freda; his son, David and daughter, Sandy, both of Wichita; step son, Gary Mercer, of La Crosse, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who he loved and who loved him dearly.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Clay; four sisters, Bobbie, Cecile, Hazel and Jean; a son, Jim; daughter, Sherry and a step son, Charles Mercer.

Bill was eagerly greeted in Heaven by his parents; four siblings; two children and a step son. He will be missed by his beloved family and many friends.
