IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Attis
Murrill
October 14, 1935 – November 4, 2020
We gather together today to celebrate the life of a beautiful, and loving lady. Attis Magrada Murrill, was born in Mulberry, Kansas, to Elmer Herbert Beatles, and Magrada Hazel Cook Beadles on, October 14, 1935. She was a coal miners daughter, was raised in Mulberry, with one brother and six sisters. Attis shared the same birth date with an older sister, Juanita and a younger sister, Alice. Attis is from a sibling group of nine. James Beadles, Sylvia Beadles, Lois Cartwright, Margaret Willey, Juanita Evans, Lela Curry, Elmeretta Snelson, and Alice Ann Brooks. Attis was raised in church in a family of strong faith, was a born-again believer, baptized in a lake, and knew Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Attis had five children, four daughters and one son, Debbie Chandler Turner, Pamela Chandler, Donette Chandler Trotter, Robin Fernandez and Richard Chandler. Attis raised these five children in multiple Baptist churches in Wichita. Attis had a very strong work ethic, was a great leader, and enjoyed multiple management roles as her career. Attis favorite color was pink, she liked pretty things and loved to get dressed up. Attis was always positive and smiling, sweet to everyone, but wasn't afraid to voice her opinions. Attis loved all her family, her grandkids, great grandkids, her dogs, and especially adored her love, Rod Carter. Attis had a large doll collection and was always offering to share a doll or two with the family. Italian food was always her go to. Attis loved photos, and came from a family that was photography crazy. No memory was ever made without a picture. It was always a sight to see at family reunions, with all the aunts, uncles, and cousins, it was always click, click, click, as everyone had their cameras out. Attis was survived by 1 sister, 3 children, 19 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. Attis is now reunited at-last to join her loving soulmate Rod, and her two precious daughters Pam and Donette, her grandson Christopher as well as all her other family with Jesus in heaven. We will miss her dearly.
