Anna Belle Arnold passed away July 18, 2016. She leaves behind her husband Billy; her daughter Lucille Kouba, and son Jim Briscoe. Two Grandchildren, and Three Great-Grandchildren. A visitation will be Wednesday July 20, 2016 from 4-8 pm with a Graveside service on Thursday July 21, 2016 at 10:30 both held at Old Mission Mortuary
